75-Hour/40-Day Online Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification Continued Education with Yoga Alliance
This training is designed to be done over a 40-day period. The intention is that you commit to a daily kundalini practice and watch a daily video. The videos range from 10 to 70 minutes long. Some videos you will want to take notes and some you can listen to driving.
This course is great for anyone who wants to deepen their kundalini practice or wants to receive the knowledge, understanding and foundation to teach others the practice of kundalini yoga.
It can be used as 75 hours of continued education with Yoga Alliance and a 75-hour Kundalini certification IF you already have a 200-hour YTT certification. If you are not already a 200-hour certified yoga teacher this will NOT be a certification BUT you can take the Yoga 200 online program and then receive your Kundalini 75 certification.
This course teaches you the purpose, benefits, history, misconceptions, teaching formulas, and power of kundalini yoga. It helps to develop consistent practice and gives you the tools to teach others this transformational form of yoga.

Yogi Institute Response to the "Breath Of Fire" Kundalini Yoga Docu-Series
Yogi Institute acknowledges the significant discussions raised by the "Breath Of Fire" docu-series concerning the origins and practices of Kundalini Yoga in the United States, particularly those associated with Yogi Bhajan and Guru Jagat. We want to clarify that while we offer Kundalini Yoga as part of our diverse curriculum, we have no affiliation with Yogi Bhajan, Guru Jagat, or the 3HO organization.
We are deeply appalled by the actions and beliefs attributed to Yogi Bhajan as presented in the series. These actions do not align with our values or the principles we uphold at the Yogi Institute. Our commitment is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all our students.
Despite the controversies, Jill Enticknap, our founder and lead trainer, has personally experienced and witnessed the transformative benefits of Kundalini Yoga in herself and her students. Guided by these positive outcomes, Yogi Institute has developed an evolved physical version of Kundalini Yoga that emphasizes personal growth, well-being, and authenticity.
Our Kundalini Yoga teacher training certification is entirely separate from 3HO and Yogi Bhajan, focusing on a modern and inclusive approach. We remain dedicated to fostering a community where yoga is accessible and beneficial for everyone, free from the constraints of past affiliations.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to evolve and uphold the integrity of our teachings.
Personal note from our founder, Jill Enticknap:
Watching this series was a deeply jarring experience. I was shocked and profoundly disgusted by the revelations concerning the origins of Kundalini Yoga in the West. The abuse of power and the manipulation uncovered are completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated. My heart goes out to all those who have been negatively impacted by these events.
Despite these unsettling truths, I want to make it clear that I have never been directly affiliated with 3HO or any of its teachers. In the current Kundalini 75 Certification program one of the textbooks is called KRIYA which is authored by Yogi Bhajan and derived from physical practices he created as are most kundalini kriyas. I am consciously choosing to keep this textbook in the training at this time as it is not a study or focus on the man, but of the movements, meditations and breath.
I am committed to offering Kundalini Yoga in a transformative and inclusive manner, rooted in love and awareness. This practice has brought benefits to my life and those of my students, and after careful reflection, I am resolved to continue teaching it in an evolved way.
I understand and respect those who choose to distance themselves from Kundalini Yoga due to these revelations. However, I believe in the potential for this practice to heal and empower when taught with integrity and compassion. My dedication remains to provide a safe and supportive environment for all who wish to explore the profound benefits of different forms of yoga.
With heartfelt compassion and unwavering commitment,
Jill Enticknap
