Purchase textbooks: Purchase the textbook Iron Yoga by Anthony Carillo
Electronic device (computer/tablet/phone) and Journal (electronic or book)
Yoga props; mat, blocks, light hand weight of 2 different sizes, resistance strap
Requirements for certification:
Watch all online sessions
Journal about 20 yoga classes and submit top 10 takeaways from classes
Record and Submit 45-60 minute strength yoga sequence for teaching evaluation
Submit written final exam.
