This course teaches you the formulas for creating dynamic, fun and safe strength/sculpt yoga classes, as well as the anatomy of building muscle and the benefits of building physical strength. You develop a consistent strength practice in oder to share through your personal experience and gives you the tools to teach others this strength-building and toning form of yoga.

  • 25 Hours Practicum, Professionals and Practices                              

  • 20 Yoga Classes Completed with Journalling        

  • 2 Practice Teach Sessions

  • 1 Office Hours Session     

  • 1 Written Exam   

  • 1 Submitted Recorded Teaching Evaluation

  • Submit Top 10 Takeaways from classes

What You Will Need:

  • Download your Yogi Institute Strength Yoga Teacher Training Manual- RESOURCES section in the training portal

  • Purchase textbooks: Purchase the textbook Iron Yoga by Anthony Carillo

  • Electronic device (computer/tablet/phone) and Journal (electronic or book)

  • Yoga props; mat, blocks, light hand weight of 2 different sizes, resistance strap

Requirements for certification:

  • Watch all online sessions

  • Journal about 20 yoga classes and submit top 10 takeaways from classes

  • Record and Submit 45-60 minute strength yoga sequence for teaching evaluation

  • Submit written final exam.

  • Tuition is paid in full.
