50-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Certification (Yoga Alliance Continued Ed)
This course teaches you the formulas for creating vinyasa yoga classes. These formulas include cueing, sequencing and memorization. This course also includes anatomy of the body systems, correct alignment in basic yoga poses, breath practices for vinyasa classes and what to consder when creating a sequence. It helps to develop consistent practice and gives you the tools to teach others the benefits of this mobility, flexibility and stability enhancing form of yoga.

Requirements For Certification:
Watch all online videos in the Training Portal
Journal about 20 yoga classes and submit your top 10 takaways from classes
Record and Submit a link to a 45-60 minute vinyasa yoga sequence of your creation for teaching evaluation (YouTube link recommended)
Submit the written final exam.
